Lead of Global Marketing – PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS PC/Console (10 years~)

As the Global Marketing Lead for PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS (PC/Console), you will be responsible for leading an organization that develops and executes marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, user engagement, and revenue for the product. This role requires a deep understanding of gaming culture and industry trends, as well as the ability to create innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with game users across multiple platforms and key geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with overall business objectives, target audience demographics, and market trends within the gaming industry.
• Brand Positioning: Establish and maintain a strong brand presence in the gaming community through strategic partnerships and influencer collaborations.
• Campaign Development: Lead the ideation, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, digital advertising, events, and partnerships.
• Content Creation: Work closely with internal creative teams or agencies to produce compelling and engaging content tailored to gaming audiences, including videos, livestreams, blogs, and social media posts.
• Community Engagement: Foster relationships with gaming communities, forums, and online platforms to drive brand advocacy, user-generated content, and word-of-mouth marketing.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, identify areas for optimization, and measure ROI.
