[PBB] Jr. Environment Artist (Unannounced Project) (경력 무관)

We are PUBG, the global battle royale phenomenon! After the release of our flagship title in 2017 we have become one of the highest selling games of all time with over 70 million copies sold – that’s a lot of Chicken Dinners! We are now incredibly excited to be recruiting for our new Unannounced Project.

As a Junior Environment Artist you will work as a key member of the Seoul Art Team to create high quality, modular and detailed environment models. You will be joining the project at the very beginning and having an opportunity to make a significant contribution to its development, learning from a team with years of experience on the field. This is an on-site work position, coming to the office will be required.

안녕하세요 생존자 여러분! 글로벌 배틀 로얄 신화의 주역, PUBG입니다. 2017년 플래그십 타이틀 론칭 이후로 글로벌 총 판매량 7,000만 장을 돌파하는 쾌거를 달성한 PUBG는 명실상부 최고 판매량을, 최다 치킨 디너를 자랑하는 회사 중 하나가 되었는데요, 아직 미공개인 차기 프로젝트에서 저희와 함께하실 분들을 찾고 있습니다.

주니어 배경 아티스트는 서울 아트 팀의 일원으로 수준 높고 정교한 모듈형 배경 모델을 구현해주시게 됩니다. 새로 시작하는 프로젝트에서 발군의 실력을 갖춘 팀 구성원에게 배워나가며 개발 과정에도 크게 기여하실 수 있는 분들을 찾고 있습니다. 온사이트 포지션으로 사무실 출근이 요구됩니다.

우리 팀과 함께할 미션을 소개합니다.

• Create high poly and low poly models of environmental assets
  
• Create photo-realistic textures for environmental assets
  
• Create collisions, and efficient UV layout for assets
  
• Export assets to Unreal Engine following the guidelines
  
• Collaborate closely with the other artists on the team to push the visual quality of the game
  
• Plan tasks and track bugs through Jira
  

• 배경 애셋 하이폴/로우폴 모델 제작
  
• 포토리얼리스틱한 배경 애셋 텍스처 제작
  
• 애셋 컬리전 및 효율적인 UV 레이아웃 제작
  
• 가이드에 따라 UE로 애셋 추출
  
• 다른 아티스트와 긴밀히 협업하여 게임의 시각적 퀄리티 제고
  
• JIRA를 통한 태스크 관리 및 버그 트래킹

• Good English communication and/or writing skills(Limited Working Proficiency)
  
• Understanding of composition, form, color, lighting
  
• Strong knowledge of 3dsmax or other 3D packages
  
• Strong understanding of efficient UV layout, PBR pipeline
  
• Ability to create a well-structured low poly model from a high poly model
  
• Experience with Unreal Engine
  
• Proactive and self-motivated
  
• Positive team-oriented attitude
  
• Portfolio up to date showing photo-realistic artwork
  

• 기본적인 영어 소통 능력(간단한 대화 또는 서면을 통한 커뮤니케이션 능력)
  
• 구도, 형태, 색깔, 조명에 대한 이해
  
• 3ds Max 또는 기타 3D 패키지에 대한 높은 이해도
  
• 효율적인 UV 레이아웃, PBR 파이프라인에 대한 높은 이해도
  
• 하이폴 모델을 효율적인 로우폴 모델로 변환할 수 있는 능력
