We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Organizational Development (OD) Partner to join our team. As an OD Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization by implementing best practices and facilitating strategic interventions to enhance organizational effectiveness. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop innovative solutions to optimize organizational performance. Your expertise in organizational development will be instrumental in promoting employee engagement, enhance organizational performance, and inspire leadership excellence.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges.
- Analyze organizational processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement impactful solutions aligned with business goals.
- Use data to assess the effectiveness of OD initiatives.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging practices.
- Build strong relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Advocate for resources and support for OD initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an OD expert in a consulting or a global tech company.
- M.A in Organizational Psychology/Sociology/ Consulting.
- Mastery of OD theory, applications, and group processes.
- Ability to analyze, conduct needs assessments; identify effective and sustainable OD solutions that drive change.
- Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work with many stakeholders in a high pace environment.
- Lifelong learner, curious, who is up-to-date with the best practices.
- Fluent English (verbal and written).
