Order Experience Analyst

We are looking for a talented and passionate Order Experience Analyst to join Wildlife's Financial Operations team in São Paulo, Brazil. As a Order Experience Analyst, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the procurement to pay process, innovate at training models, support requisitioners, approvers and suppliers in several companies around the world. You'll also collaborate with the Accounts Payable in order to ensure the correct application of strategic and functional decisions, as well as to implement new initiatives to improve the procurement to pay experience reflecting in the are KPI’s. You'll also be engaged in multidisciplinary projects related to our global expansion and financial opportunities.

What you'll do
- Review all documents and status entered in the process ensuring the assertiveness of the workflow for procurement to pay;
- Lead all procure to pay routines related to validation of entities within your job scope providing accurate and timely dates;
- Align the relevant procurement strategies with the requesters, approvers and suppliers to provide and ensure their correct application for all acquisition and payment routines;
- Support requisitioners, procurement team and accounts payable team by preparing analysis and engaging in technical discussions to improve compliance and efficiency.
What you'll need
- Experience working with internal client, procurement or accounts payable;
- Deep knowledge of internal client process and user experience;
- General knowledge of procurement to pay services;
- Advanced English communication (written and spoken).
Bonus points:
- Oracle cloud experience;
- Service shared center experience.
