ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Fulfillment Manager, the Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the morning shift as well as ensuring that teammates (Operations Specialists) adhere to specific professional requirements in line with Hunt A Killer (HA) Code of Conduct and professional standards.
YOU'RE THRILLED ABOUT THIS ROLE BECAUSE YOU WILL
- Act as liaison between the Warehouse Leads and the FM
- Attend and participate in warehouse meetings as required.
- Work in partnership with the Night Operations Supervisor to ensure a smooth transition of shift duties. This includes: confirming pre-pack, kit builds and boxing counts from the AM shift; ensuring picking for kit lines are correctly administered and surplus stock is returned to assigned inventory bins.
- Monitor access to the inventory area and ensure that only approved personnel gain entry.
- Assist the FM in implementing daily KPI’s and targets by communicating goals to the AM production team; monitoring and reporting outputs.
- Enter daily kitting outputs into Warehouse Dashboard/Reports spreadsheet
- Ensure safety and security protocols are upheld at all times during the shift.
- Report any incidents via the proper channels in a timely manner.
- Liaise with the FM, and as needed with Agency POC’s and HR team on teammate issues during the AM shift.
- Act as first point of contact for warehouse staff issues during AM working times.
- Monitor, assist with and report any time clock issues during the shift.
- Show good communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Assist the FM with training, and onboarding of new teammates for the Am shift.
- Work with staff to maintain highest quality standards and compliance with company policies
- Work on Mondays thru Fridays from 7am - 3:30pm. There may be periodic weekend needs.

- Minimum of five (5) years previous warehouse/logistics management experience required.
- Staff management experience, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including operating forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift boxes over 25 pounds and in various temperatures in the warehouse
