Operations Coordinator/Translator

Wargaming is looking to hire an Operations Coordinator/Translator with excellent communication and organizational skills to join the Localization & Documentation Department.

Our department is responsible for localizing all the company's products and connecting to a huge player community in their native language. Localization and cultural adaptation of games, apps and websites are the backbone of our work.

As Operations Coordinator you will assist Localization Team Lead in daily coordination and management of localization processes and activities.

What will you do?

• Provide task management: collect and assess initial task requirements, process incoming tasks in the task tracker
• Participate in organizing in-house localization QA activities
• Discuss and plan the work scope together with Team Lead
• Coordinate work between internal teams to ensure smooth cooperation on localization tasks
• Collect customer feedback
• Maintain efficiency of workflows
• Document new processes and keep the existing documentation of the localization team up-to-date
• Translate company documentation into Russian/English

What are we looking for?

• Perfect written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian
• C1 - С2 level in English (CEFR)
• 2+ years of experience as a translator/localization specialist/editor
• Experience in project management
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Video game industry experience
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Knowledge of TMS/localization tools
