OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR – FTC (12 MONTHS)
CENTRAL OPERATIONS
BASED AT SEGA HQ IN BRENTFORD
REPORTING TO THE OPERATIONS MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital
- Submit text and assets in first party portals
- Enter and submit temporary pricing discounts, ensuring they are submitted and approved within 1st Party SLAs
- Check that sales go live as intended and report back to sales teams
- Create/request key codes for PC and Console titles
Physical
- Order processing including raising orders for physical goods and releasing stock for collection
- Process delivery notes, update order statuses on the PO tracker and circulate shipping schedules
- Liaise with customers and suppliers within the supply chain to resolve any logistical issues
- Assisting with new item set up, creating BOMs and SKU sheets on Oracle
- Raising and receipting purchase orders
- Request activation keys for physical PC orders
- Provide accurate data entry for the team in Excel and Oracle
- Daily admin support, assisting all areas of responsibility for the Operations team
- Maintain SOE Ops shared email inbox
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge and experience working within the gaming industry with an understanding of digital release process with 1st parties such as Sony PlayStation, Microsoft, and Nintendo would be beneficial
- An understanding and experience with data entry, either personally or professionally.
- Good financial acumen, reporting, communication, organisational and analytical skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft packages
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to plan and prioritise workload
- Work to strict deadlines and be able to drive results
- Able to work with all levels of the organisation
- Excellent o rganisational skills
