What You’ll Do

The Onboarding Coordinator is the primary point of contact for candidates after they have accepted an offer of employment. The Onboarding Coordinator takes ownership for any actions needed with the onboarding process directly or supporting teams to ensure our new hires onboard from Offer Accept steps through successfully starting their scheduled day one. Additionally, this role will support the new hire experience at Epic through the first 90 days of employment as well as support with relocation efforts. Responsibilities will include daily interactions with Recruiting, HR, Immigration, Legal, Employment Compliance, IT, and Hiring Leads across all geographies/time zones.

This is a great opportunity to improve processes and provide visible impact to our business. The ideal candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with multiple internal teams and external candidates, possess excellent written and oral communication skills and have the ability to work quickly but still thoughtfully. We expect the Onboarding Coordinator to be a passionate candidate advocate with extreme attention to detail, the ability to effectively prioritize, tackle ambiguity, multi-task and apply high judgement.
