HR Assistant

Join Our Dynamic Team as an HR Assistant!
Are you enthusiastic about administration and excelling in a diverse environment? SOFTGAMES is looking for an HR Assistant (Part-Time or Fulltime, 32-40 hours/week, Hybrid in Berlin) to join our global remote team. In this position, you'll have the chance to own office management and assist with various administrative tasks within the People team. We're seeking an individual who is passionate about administration, as the role primarily involves administrative aspects of Office and People Management.

Your responsibilities:

• Maintain our HR Tool and all People Related information, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Support the team in all administrative matters.
• Ensure smooth bureaucratic operations, including payroll management, creation of data reports, and communication with external tax offices.
• Set up contracts and provide necessary paperwork for employees, facilitating a seamless experience.
• Administration of our funding applications and quarterly time sheets, contributing to efficient financial processes.
• Assist with Visa applications for our Employees.
• Execute various organizational and administrative tasks including licensing oversight, order processing, and managing bureaucracy efficiently.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and packages promptly.
• Provide hands-on assistance with HR-related matters, including support with organisation of off-site events.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for company business trips, ensuring a seamless experience for our management.

Your Profile:

• Bring at least 2 years of experience in office management, or assistant roles, demonstrating a solid foundation in administrative tasks.
• Ideally some HR Admin experience
• Strong time management skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Show initiative, adaptability, and reliability, essential qualities for thriving in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and German.
• A strong sense of confidentiality and reliability.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications.
