Overview
The Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. The Office Manager is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, and facilities management.
Energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
Responsibilities
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Manage relationships and contracts with office vendors
- Provide general support to visitors
- Reception and receiving duties for Roundhouse front desk
- Circulate purchase requisitions and new vendor requests
- Partner with HR, IT, and Managers on new hire requests
- Order and organize onsite snacks, drinks, kitchen, and office supplies
- Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
- Submit service requests and follow up with building management.
- Prepare expense reports and credit card reconciliations for management
- Coordinate onsite catering when needed.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and desire for accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet stated deadlines.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred Skills
- 2+ years administrative experience.
- Experience with event planning.
- Experience handling facilities needs.
