Office Manager

Larian Studios is an award winning game developer dedicated to the creation of exceptional role-playing games. We’re looking for an Office Manager in our Guildford Studio. Help us build the most creative game studio in the world. Focus everything toward allowing the development team to be creative and productive.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain our game development and performance capture studios
• Book travel, transport, and accommodation
• Manage databases, personnel records, time sheets, and payroll
• Manage visas and relocation process
• Order office and kitchen supplies
• Liaise with staff, suppliers, deliveries, and landlords
• Organise company events and conferences
• Ensure that company and studio policies are followed and up to date
• Ensure that the office space is clean, organised, creative and fun
• Assist with onboarding new employees

Requirements:

• Expert at using G-Suite (Gmail, Gcal, Gsheets, etc)
• Experience with scheduling, budgeting, payroll, invoicing, and booking travel
• Ability to reliably multi-task and quickly adapt to any situation
• Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
• Exceptional organisational and problem solving skills
