Office Manager (M/F)

The Office Manager for our studio in Montpellier will support the General Manager to coordinate and ensure the smooth running of the studio, employees work life on a day-to-day basis.

• Ensure an excellent relationship with all providers
• Book transport and accommodation
• Implement and maintain procedures and office administrative systems
• Organize meetings and events in Montpellier
• Promote and ensure the well-being at work according to our culture
• Manage office budgets and sort bills with Accounting
• Maintain a clean and beautiful workplace

Must have

• You have a previous experience in an office-based, secretarial or customer-facing job position
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills

• Good spoken and written English skills and fluent in French
