To help with our expansion you will support the day to day management of our office in Berlin with the ability to work autonomously and think on your feet! This role is integral to the team as you will be the go-to person in the office and no two days are the same.
What you will do:
- Ensuring our office space remains awesome and fully stocked
- Planning and organising parties, team outings and other events
- Act as the main contact for the office
- Providing support to C level and directors when required
- Coordinating travel for the team
- Handling payroll and expense related queries
- Ensure a safe and sound environment for our people to thrive
What you will bring:
- Experience in an office/admin role, ideally in the start-up, tech & gaming or entertainment industry
- Strong communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal
- MAC iOS proficient
- Can-do attitude and positive outlook (you will be the representative of company culture)
