Office Happiness Manager

We are hiring an enthusiastic and organised Office Happiness Manager, to support our studio by managing the day-to-day life in our office, providing a positive and motivating environment for all.

As an Office Happiness Manager at Bandai Namco Mobile, you will take on a variety of responsibilities to support the team and office environment. From the management of office suppliers and admin-related tasks to managing building access and leading company parties and events. As a growing company, you will also play a key part in the relocation of your new teammates, from initially connecting them to our relocation partners through their onboarding and beyond as they start their new lives in Barcelona.

You will use your contacts in the Barcelona area, to partner with the top service providers across facilities and events management, relocation, and more to provide world-class service to our teams, to keep them firing on all cylinders to deliver the best products to the world.

This is a central role for the studio, and you will be the “Go-To” point of contact for all, ensuring the best experience for employees and visitors alike. Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience across Office Management, Event Planning, Administrative or similar roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
• Experience working in Barcelona and local knowledge of the area
• The ability to multitask and prioritise work under pressure, without compromising on quality
• Hands-on experience coordinating international relocations
• Passion for Gaming
• Experience in the Games or Technology industry is not essential but preferred
