  • Provide general and finance administrative / clerical support and interface with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain timely storage and organizing of records and databases (physical and electronic copies).
  • Responsible for receipt and distribution of mails and correspondences.
  • Procure and upkeep office supplies including vendor sourcing & liaison and running errands for pantry supplies.
  • Primary contact for office administration policies and contracts.
  • Participate in company asset tagging activities.
  • Handle incoming calls from external parties.
  • Prepare minutes of meeting from time to time.
  • Assist in coordination of any company or staff-related events.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings.
  • Assist in preparation of locker keys and access cards for new hires.
  • Other office admin-related tasks assigned from time to time.
  • Requirements

    • Meticulous, responsible and ability to work under pressure and tight timelines.

    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Well-organized and possess a service-oriented mindset.

    • Able to work independently as well as in a team with all levels of staff.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

    • Those with relevant and good experience in office administration may be considered for the Executive role.
