Admin Coordinator
Our El Segundo office is currently seeking a temp-to-hire Admin Coordinator. The ideal candidate efficiently manages the day to day operations of the office with a pleasant attitude. Prior experience as an Office Coordinator/Administrator in a fast-paced gaming/entertainment setting a plus!
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Managing the purchasing process, including complete month-end reconciliation
- The first point of contact for all travel-related needs, including complete month-end reconciliation
- Maintaining and overseeing the upkeep of building, equipment, and supplies
- Ensuring that safety standards are maintained
- Vendor/supplier sourcing and negotiation (wireless, kitchen, office, corporate housing, rental, etc…)
- Purchasing and maintenance of all company office supplies
- Project management
- Event planning (happy hour, summer, holiday, etc.)
- Manage communication, office operations and procedures
- Create general office policies and refresh as necessary
- Rotates coverage with other Office/Admin team members for days off, breaks, appointments, etc…
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years’ experience in Office Administration
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Travel and procurement experience, a plus
- Able to problem solve quickly and present solutions
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Flexible and able to handle multiple requests and competing priorities
- Excellent time management and project management skills
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and phones.
Physical Demands this role requires:
- Frequent standing and sitting
- Occasional walking about the office
- Moving physical assets
- Ability to lift from 5 to 10 pounds
