Job Overview

WargamingUSA is looking for an Office Administrator to join our World of Tanks Modern Armor Team in Chicago, Illinois. This is an in-office full time position.

Reports to

Studio Manager

What will you do?

• Facilities management/coordination
• Coordination with building safety/security and office safety/security
• Budget management for Chicago office
• Point of contact for Building Management
• Over-see Office Events, gatherings, and gift production/distribution for Chicago office.
• Setting up and being point of contact for office vendors.
• Acting as facilitator for office culture/community – fostering a good working and social environment within the studio
• Point of contact for studio visitors – facilities contact for summits, in-office meetings, etc. Coordinator for any/all ad hoc requests and needs.
• Coordination of desks for new hires. Building and suite tours for new hires and visitors.
• Fielding ad hoc requests from other studios - sending and receiving items from global. Assisting in requests from leadership team. Acting as a point person for Chicago area needs.

What are we looking for?

• 2 + years’ experience in an office administrative role
• Microsoft Office experience
