Office 365 Senior Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Office 365 Engineer seeking to progress to the next level in their career. This role is 100% remote working. This is a global IT position in a 10,000-user environment. You will work with regional teams globally to facilitate and architect Office 365 solutions. You will act as SME in Office 365 and play a key part in acquisition migrations to a central tenant.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead for tenant-to-tenant Office 365 and G suite migrations.

• Deploy advanced Microsoft Office 365 services including Enterprise and Mobility

• Implement latest technologies and 3rd party software solutions i.e., Microsoft Office Web Apps, Office desktop applications, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams.
• Design and deploy AIP and In tune policies.
• Assist in the management of MS Defender policies.
• Manage and troubleshoot AD Connect Tier 3 incidents.
• Automate tasks as needed through the use of scripting technologies
• Researching and advising on cloud solutions.
• Proactive approach keeping up to speed on the latest O365 updates.

Skills & Experience Required

• 5+ years of progressive experience of deploying Office 365 solutions.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office 365 Security including EMS and MS Defender modules.
• Strong identity skills and understanding of active directory, Azure AD and Azure AADDS.
• Practical experience with Exchange hybrid and Office 365.
• Understand change management and be able to manage and mitigate project risk.
• Have experience working as part of a project team and understand project structure.
