North America Director of Analytics

THE OPPORTUNITY

The North America Director of Analytics will be directly reporting to the Data Analytics Dept., responsible for data analysis and insight generation. This role is crucial in strengthening KRAFTON's game publishing strategy and supporting business decisions through comprehensive user data analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze user data and derive insights.
• Support the establishment and execution of data-driven business strategies.
• Enhance and train the team's data analysis capabilities.
• Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Over 12 years of experience in data analysis or related fields.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (Python, R, SQL, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Major game publishing or platform development experience required.
• Global company experience required.
• Managing people experience required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Bi-lingual with Korean is a plus.
