About us: Ninja Theory is a five-time Bafta award winning games company based in Cambridge, UK and part of Xbox Game Studios. Our Mission is: To Craft Life-changing Art with Game-changing Tech and we are building the team that will help us fulfil that promise.

Your Role: As part of the animation department you will collaborate with the design, code and art departments to bring the in-game characters to life. You'll take raw motion captured performances and turn these into highly believable and detailed in-game assets.

Requirements

Your Skill:

You'll have a love for the interactive element of game animation. A strong understanding of body mechanics as well as an eye for the nuance of subtle performance. An ability to work in a highly collaborative environment, responding to feedback for quick iteration with agile development. You will be able to take a performance and manipulate this to create what is needed from dynamically driven game character.

Your Experience:

Demonstrable real world production experience, editing motion capture assets and their application within a game engine. Have an understanding of both the animation process and the technicalities of implementing sequences and gameplay behaviours within a game engine.
