What You'll Do
The Morale Coordinator will support the Morale events team in launching their monthly global internal newsletter called #nofomo, which stands for no fear of missing out. This newsletter is used to keep Epic employees and contractors informed on company updates, what’s coming up or what they might have missed. It serves to foster inclusivity, education, connection, wellness, transparency, and fun at Epic.
In This Role You Will
- Slide design of monthly internal events newsletter
- Post email and Slack updates to employees
- Plan Virtual Events
- Create and manage Google Surveys and Google Sheets
- Communicate project updates to team and update in the proper platforms
- Organize projects and meetings
- Take notes and facilitate collaboration in meetings
- Collaborate within the Morale team and with teams across the company
What We're Looking For
- Experience with event planning
- Strong time management skills
- Experience working with strict deadlines
- Ability to follow-through projects to completion
- Has an eye for graphic design
- Strong writing and grammar skills
- Experience with G-Suite and specifically Google Slides
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and problem solve
- Strong attention to detail - accuracy is essential
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Ability to operate in a fast paced, changing and highly ambiguous environment
Remaining Skills Needed
- Proficient Google Slides, Google Calendar, Google Sheets and Google Surveys
- Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience with Asana, Hiver and Slack
- Experience with Zoom
- Experience with Airtable
