We are looking for an outstanding Monetization Operations Specialist, to join us in the magic of creating Free-to-Play mobile games!

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be part of our winning Monetization team. You will be responsible for the game’s ad-hoc activities, including A/B tests, LiveOps and on-going CRM activities, and for the coordination between departments to bring them all to life. The ideal candidate moves fast, makes decisions that are data-driven and has an eye for impact.
As a Monetization Ops Specialist, you will manage both day-to-day operations, QA and coordination, of both Monetization and technical requests in order to drive performance. You’ll configure, validate and ensure the smooth execution of promotions, Live events and A/B testing, from beginning to end.
You will work collaboratively alongside all studio departments- Product, R&D and above all, be the right hand of the Monetization Manager
Requirements
- English proficiency both spoken and written- Must
- At least 1 year of experience in a technical role, such as Ops/ QA
- Excel proficiency- Must
- Previous experience in Mobile QA- Huge advantage
- Scripting Language experience- Huge advantage
- SQL proficiency- Advantage
- Previous experience in CRM- Advantage
- Highly attentive to details, thorough, responsible and punctual
- Strong technical skills, ability to learn and operate multiple applications
- Strong problem solving/ troubleshooting skills
