The mobile gaming industry is competitive and certain roles require a great deal of technical expertise. Playtika is recruiting for a limited number of roles requiring unique skills and experience.

Playtika is looking for you to be our next Monetization Manager master mind to join our incredible monetization team!

Responsibilities

The Monetization Manager is responsible for managing all the players that have ever joined our games across different segments according to their motivation and behaviors. The manager will develop quarterly and monthly plans aligned w i th this strategy that leverages all product features and marketing tools, in addition to coming up with exciting new innovative ideas and communicating them to millions of players.

You will own revenue and DAU KPIs, and will plan and execute monetization strategies that will motivate and encourage the players to “stay, play and pay” and that are aligned with the retention monetization KPIs targets.

You will develop daily promotional plans and be in charge of their implementation. This would include the campaign design, creative development of all communication channels, operational launch of the campaign, QA at launch, monitoring and analyzing its results and reacting accordingly. The Monetization Manager works closely with the creative and operations teams, product owners and BA team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a marketing, CRM, brand or e-commerce manager or in the trade marketing field (in the online space - Advantage)
• Analytical work experience – Big advantage
• Structural approach to data with strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
• Advanced Excel, Tableau, preferably Vertica knowledge – Big advantage
• Methodological approach to data, together with the ability to present the data clearly and efficiently to support business decisions
• Strong English written/verbal skills
• A “people person” - positive, initiator, curious, independent and a quick learner
• Personal gaming background – Advantage
