Monetization Manager (WoWS: Legends)

Job Overview

Wargaming is looking for a Monetization Manager in our brand-new Belgrade office.

Join our team of seasoned professionals for a great chance to work on a unique console naval MMO – World of Warships: Legends, that recently added mobile platforms to the list of available means of play.

You will strengthen the Publishing department by joining the Monetization team that works in cooperation with the Development team to ensure smooth releases of new versions, special content delivery and financial benchmarks execution.

What will you do?

• Maintain complex in-game systems (Store, Notifications and Missions) using operation tools
• Perform short- and medium-term planning of special events, sales, promotions, discounts
• Partner with the analytics team to perform data analysis and conduct experiments to improve project metrics
• Perform competitive analysis
• Come up with new monetization mechanics

What are we looking for?

• Understanding of the online gaming industry, including trends and monetization models
• Experience in e-commerce/game design/ or similar fields
• Knowledge of data analysis and A/B testing methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
• Passion for games
• English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level and above
• Russian will bу an advantage
• Team-first mentality
