Monetization Campaign Manager

We're looking for a driven Monetization Campaign Manager to join our rapidly growing team.

As a Monetization Campaign Manager, you’ll own and lead the mutual work between the Monetization and Art departments in order to optimize the creation of campaigns within the game. The role entails working closely with Monetization Art, Tech Art, CRM, UX, Copy and Project Management teams.

The Monetization team is at the core of Moon Active’s business and is responsible for driving revenue growth and providing a great game experience for our users. The team works in an extremely fast-paced environment, constantly improving and optimizing the game experience in a data-driven manner as well as performance in order to hit company business goals.

Responsibilities

• Create monthly requirements for Art and oversee the ongoing collaboration between departments.
• Characterize and create new potential art concepts for campaigns, according to the Monetization roadmap and business requirements.
• Optimize existing art concepts.
• Define the proper campaign messages, collaborating with the Copy team.
• Design the players’ game experience derived by the campaigns, and create mock-ups for concepts and present ideas based on existing game’s infrastructure and according to Monetization business goals.
• Communicate mutual decisions between the Monetization and Art departments to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Interest in mobile games or experience in the mobile games industry (e.g. Game Design, Graphic Design, Tech Art, Branding & Marketing Strategy).
• Experience in working with multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Proven experience in execution and full ownership of projects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
