Lion Studios is looking for a driven and results oriented Monetization Analyst to join our team in Berlin. If you're looking to make an impact, and the opportunity to work with a fun, collaborative team - we’d love to talk to you!
Responsibilities:
- Own and steer monetization strategy through building, optimizing, and managing our monetization setups to maximize revenue across our portfolio of games
- Test and guide monetization related product decisions based on AB test data and experimentation
- Lead new monetization partner integration, testing, and rollout
- Manage relationships with different ad providers to optimize performance, maintain partnerships, and ensure compliance with brand safety guidelines
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and User Acquisition teams to share knowledge and improve efficiency and output
- Support developers in SDK integrations by triaging and troubleshooting underlying issues based on clues in the data
- Actively and constantly learn on your own. We love to teach and we expect you to build on that by being proactive in seeking out knowledge and solutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Math, or other quantitative major (or equivalent skill set)
- 0-2 years working experience in a similar analytically-oriented field
- Advanced excel skills and ability to grasp new tools, dashboards, and frameworks for data analysis
- Strong analytical mindset and quantitative problem solving ability
- Fundamental understanding of statistics
- Relentless attention to detail
- Collaborative with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to be self sufficient and execute quickly when given autonomy
- Ability to prioritize, own, track, and execute on many projects simultaneously
- Flexible team-player who will thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment
Bonuses:
- Experience in mobile monetization/growth and mobile gaming
- Experience with MAX Mediation and optimizing waterfalls
- A passion for video games
- Experience with Python or other object-oriented programming languages
- Experience following technical documentation and working with large datasets
- Ability to identify repetitive tasks and develop/adapt/improve tools that automate them
