Our team is looking for a full-time Producer to help support the Audio in our game. In this role, you will be supporting and nurturing pipelines for Voice Over, Sound Design and Music. Your talent in organization and communication will help drive our dialog recording milestones and align a team of audio creatives and designers around timelines and goals. Audio is connected to nearly every subsystem requiring a constant flow of information between Sound and Design, Art, Engineering, and Production. You will be asked to reach across the team to gather information and influence collaboration with producers and developers in every discipline.

What you will do..

• Build consensus around scope and schedule with Narrative Design and our Voice and Sound Design teams
• Support the day-to-day tasking for Sound Designers across multiple milestones and features
• Anticipate, identify, and help find solutions to project roadblock and risks
• Facilitate cross discipline communication and collaboration
• Motivate and support your team and contribute to a positive work environment
• Participate in and contribute to our culture of inclusion and diversity
• Work with team leadership to help balance workloads and priorities
• Track, traffic, and archive all project related sound assets
• Support other audio production staff with tasks across Sound Design, Music and Cinematic Sound

To be successful, we would expect you to have..

• Experience facilitating teams and meeting deadlines
• Exceptional verbal and written communication
• Strong project and people management skills
• Well developed “soft” skills and a flexible communication style

You may also have..

• Experience working in a game production or project management role
• Passion for audio and games
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
• Proficiency in Excel
• Experience working with creative teams, especially in Audio
• Experience working with international regions and their respective laws and challenges
