Merchandise Project Coordinator

PUBG Corporation is the developer and publisher of PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS (PUBG). We are in search of an enthusiastic, organized, solution-oriented person to join our Merchandise team in the Amsterdam office as a Merchandise Project Coordinator. Working in Merchandising within the Strategy Team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting different, merchandise related projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the effectiveness of Merchandise projects and ensuring projects stay in scope and on time by collaborating with other teams (Creative, Warehouse, and Marketing, etc.)
• Provide status updates to the Manager
• Supplier communication for product corrections, clarification on provided data or additional data required, image updates, imprint methods, pricing or additional charges, etc.
• Look for new potential vendors that can provide ideas and solutions that are needed
• Competitive analysis as needed
• Sample management (labeling, archiving, etc.)
• Develop reporting documents used for internal weekly updates
• Prepare presentations in PowerPoint as needed

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years on a similar position
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Following is a plus:

• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator
• Passionate gamer (PUBG fan).
