Medical Advisor Liaison

Level Ex, the leading developer of health tech mobile games and interactive healthcare solutions, is looking for an experience d Medical Advisor Liaison to own physician recruitment efforts, help expand the physician advisory network, find new ways to utilize healthcare professionals and physicians in our development process, and manage Level Ex’s relationships with key opinion leaders in the medical community. With the launch of the App Store’s top health tech mobile games including T op Derm, Cardio Ex , and Gastro Ex , you have the opportunity to revolutionize the science of play through the management of an impactful consumer insights-driven function.

What You’ll Be Doing with Us

• Recruit and deliver Medical Advisors for Marketing and Product Design feedback
• Manage the onboarding process of all new Advisors by collaborating with Finance and Legal for contract execution
• Manage HCP outreach program to expand the Advisor community to contribute to the growing portfolio of specialty projects
• Communicate and assess interest, skills and qualifications of Healthcare Practitioners (HCPs) interested in working with Level Ex
• Liaise between Level Ex and Advisors
• Work with Marketing, Business Development, and Public Relations to identify relevant advisors for upcoming opportunities
• Updating and maintaining CRM for all advisors and collaborators, and run monthly reports for executive leadership
• Be a central point of contact for advisor community and collaborators and identify value opportunities across Level Ex and ensure seamless handoff to relevant team members
• Coordinate with finance and help track advisor involvement and ensure remuneration
• Work with Community Manager to plan and execute advisor engagement, morale building, and communication strategies
• Attend events to assist in recruiting relevant advisors
• Work with Community Manager and internal Executive Leadership by supporting quarterly advisory board meetings
• Represent the medical advisor community cross functionally and contribute to ongoing community execution efforts in collaboration with Community Manager

Who We Want To Meet

• Minimum of 3+ years engaging with medical communities and building an online community
• Experience tracking projects and following up with stakeholders
• Excellent attention-to-detail and documentation skills
• Demonstrated creative and engaging ways to expand a network of advisors
• Proactive mindset and planning experience
• Bachelor's degree, an MS, MBA or MD/DO is a plus
• Passionate about advancing the healthcare ecosystem

Bonus Points For

• Minimum of 3+ years experience in a relationship management role
• Experience in utilizing CRM (especially Hubspot)
• Experience in facilitating or leading Focus Groups or Advisor Panels in the medical industry
• Prior experience in health tech or software-related industry
