职责描述

配合中国市场部经理，实施坦克世界PC游戏在中国的全球市场营销战略——在快节奏环境下执行以新用户获取为重点的市场营销计划

• 协助并指导外部合作伙伴，包括但不限于创意和媒体机构以及广告商。在电视、网络、印刷品、户外等媒体进行品牌推广。
• 定期收集并分析行业、竞品及坦克世界游戏本身的数据。产出报告与大区及总部分享。
• 根据中国市场市场经理的要求，收集市场及消费者信息，以支持产品和营销决策。
• 成为坦克世界PC游戏领域的专家，在现有和新渠道上推动最具影响力的营销活动
• 根据需要参加落地活动，并提供支持。
• 协助推进品牌计划的创意及提案，并与内部和外部资源合作交付高质量成果（网络、电视节目等）。

任职要求

在品牌公司，广告公司或游戏发行方具有丰富的数字营销经验，在品牌活动策划和执行方面有成功案例

• 深刻理解中国的媒体环境，如数字影响、社交媒体等。有相应的媒体机构和合作伙伴资源
• 对电子游戏和行业怀有热情
• 具备较强的数据分析能力，及良好的沟通能力
• 母语为中文
• 丰富的用户拉新经验并有成功案例。

Job Overview

The successful Marketing Specialist will oversee Wargaming’s premium PC product, World of Tanks, within the Chinese market. In this role, you will assist and support the China Marketing Manager helping to shape the future of our product and you will assist in creating complete integrated marketing experience across media planning, internal and external communications as well as forging strategic partnerships within China. Within this role, you will also work closely with our strategic partner 360 and in conjunction with the Marketing Manager, China, assist in developing acquisition facing media plans

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of understanding of acquisition techniques, brand building, and local media dynamics. They ideally will also have a proven track record with working with China media agencies and external partners.

We’re looking for a tenacious, strategic and analytical thinker who thrives off challenges, can break down problems, drive solutions, share their experience and knowledge, and engage effectively with internal colleagues.

What will you do?

• Work closely with the China Marketing manager to implement global marketing strategy for World of Tanks PC in China – execute marketing plans focused on customer acquisition in fast paced environment
• Assist and direct external partners including, but not limited to creative and media agencies and advertisers to bring your campaigns to life on TV, online, print, outdoor, etc.
• Provide and analyze scheduled and ad hoc data reporting to both regional and global stakeholders.
• Gather insights to support product and marketing decisions as provided by the China Marketing Manager
• Become the World of Tanks PC territory expert to drive the most impactful marketing campaigns across existing and new channels
• Assist and attend on ground events as required and provide support as needed.
• Assist in creative briefs and work with internal and external resources on the delivery of high-quality assets (online, TV spots, etc.).

What are we looking for?

• Strong experience in digital marketing discipline either on the client, agency, or publisher side, with proven results in regional campaign planning and execution
• Good understanding of regional media landscape e.g. digital, social, broadcast and print channels. Existing network of media agencies and partners
• Passion and interest for video games and industry
• Demonstrated analytical skills, and developed verbal and written communication skills
• Native Chinese speaker
• Proven cases of developing and evolving successful acquisition campaigns.
• Experience with maximizing budgets and generating synergy across media and PR.
• Intermediate or higher level of English
• Drive for constant personal development and the development of your field

• World of Tanks PC player (or similar games)
• Team Player, curious and self-motivated. Innovative and out-of-box thinker
• Previous experience in customer acquisition for freemium services or free-to-play games
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex information and present it in a clear and concise way
• Strong understanding of the premium F2P PC games market both in China and globally
• A passion for videogames.
