And here's where you come in! As a Marketing Producer you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and executing marketing campaigns for our free-to-play MOBA game, Predecessor. You will work closely with the marketing and production teams to ensure seamless coordination and implementation of marketing strategies across various channels. This role requires a combination of project management expertise, deep understanding of games marketing, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What We're Looking For
- W orkflow Management: Lead, maintain, and continuously improve marketing workflows both within the marketing team and between marketing and cross- functional teams. Understand and track business goals and help enable marketing team to operate with increased efficiency to achieve those goals.
- Campaign Development: Develop campaign processes for user acquisition (UA) and other activities and adjusting as needed. Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and tactics, leveraging insights from market research and player feedback. Remove blockers to marketing team by helping to plan and establish timelines for all activations and then ensuring team members are empowered to hit those timelines.
- Asset Coordination: Coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing assets, including trailers, promotional art, social media content, and in-game advertisements, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Campaign Oversight: Own internal campaign communications and keep development partners in the loop, track approvals, and raise awareness to stakeholders of blockers in a timely fashion.
- Per formance Tracking: Work with the data team to monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement. Track status and completion of all deliverables to internal and external partners. Help manage marketing budgets effectively, tracking expenditures and allocating resources in alignment with campaign objectives and ROI targets.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies, applying insights to enhance our marketing strategies and tactics.
Need-to-Haves
- Minimum 3+ years in a producer or project manager role in a fast-paced, cross-functional enterprise.
- Record of effectiveness in identifying and facilitating process, workflows, and delivery pipelines.
- S trong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality outcomes.
- U nderstanding of and experience with marketing processes and channels, including digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and community engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Analytical mindset, with proficiency in data analysis and organizational tools like Miro, Airtable, Slack, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Passion for video games and a genuine interest in the MOBA genre, with knowledge of gaming communities and player preferences.
- S uccess working with and managing remote co-workers and agencies in different time zones.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working in the games industry, especially in marketing or producer roles
- PMP or other project-management certification
- Have played Predecessor or other PC/console MOBA-shooters (SMITE, etc.)
