What we do
Unreal Engine is a high-performance software development suite, created by Epic Games, that empowers today’s digital creators to craft real-time, high-fidelity interactive experiences for games, film, TV, VR, architectural visualization, product design, and manufacturing. As part of the Unreal Engine Marketing team, you will help develop, manage, measure, and enhance Epic campaigns across multiple verticals and channels.
What you’ll do
Epic Games is looking for a Performance Operations Director to support the Unreal Engine Marketing team by providing data, analysis, insights, and recommendations to help guide the marketing strategy and investment decisions.
In this role, you will
- Utilize a variety of analytics tools, platforms, and customer relationship manager (CRM) applications to determine the effectiveness of various marketing initiatives
- Prepare and present data and insights pertaining to marketing channel performance
- Measure ROI for each marketing channel both globally and regionally, report on results, and develop strategies to maximize return
- Create and manage scalable reporting and dashboards that monitor marketing key performance indicators (KPIs), highlight areas of improvement, and influence strategy
- Work with and manipulate large, complex data sets for analysis and report creation
- Monitor industry trends and developments that inform the marketing strategy and related activities
- Manage the marketing budget and the forecasting process
- Monitor the competitive landscape and compile insights/recommendations for the broader team
- Oversee and manage the lead scoring program
- Be responsible for shaping the marketing strategy across multiple product and verticals
- Liaise with the Analytics team and other marketing functions
What we’re looking for
- At least 8 years of professional experience in market research, marketing analysis, and/or data science
- Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, or related area of study
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Tableau, and Salesforce
- Experience with SQL or other programming languages
- Familiarity with Marketing Automation platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing digital marketing data via Google Adwords, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
- Extensive experience visualizing and presenting data
- Experience with A/B testing, surveys and other research methods
- Prior experience supporting a marketing team with analytics
- Strong project management skills
- Prior experience managing a team
