Osmo is an award-winning accelerated learning system that changes the way children interact with games. Osmo games combine physical interactions with digital experiences to make learning fun. In 2019 Osmo was acquired by Byju’s, a highly successful company focused on making learning fun.
This puts Osmo in a unique position, still acting as a small company, but with the backing and resources of a much larger one. Byju’s has recently raised $540 million, and was valued at over $10 billion.
We are bringing an exciting new digital/physical children’s learning brand to the North America market and looking for a rock-star marketing professional to join our team. This includes working with our licensing partner, one of the worlds most beloved family media brands. This position requires strong project management skills and involves working closely with the K3 Sr. Marketing Director to execute on multi-channel marketing initiatives and the Sr. Program Manager to ensure product/market fit. We’re seeking a driven, detail-oriented, marketing manager with excellent communication and problem solving skills that is comfortable working across time-zones in a fast-moving environment.
Note: Our K3 team works across the globe. Product, performance marketing, and content marketing team is largely based in India - yet we also leverage resources from our Osmo team which is largely based in Palo Alto
Responsibilities
- Work with K3 team to develop effective customer acquisition and content marketing campaigns targeting parents with young children
- Collaborate with channel and platform partners to rollout new launches and seasonal campaigns
- Define project requirements and deliverable schedules for multiple marketing initiatives
- Manage marketing vendors, agencies and contractors on requirements and deliverables
- Work across functional areas including performance marketing, social, communication/PR, research and creative to ensure understanding of project requirements and solve problems
- Work with K3 program managers to maintain and prioritize the marketing calendar
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research to gather insights and work with the team to ensure product market fit
- Provide project updates to key stakeholders both internally and externally, ensure alignment and help manage change requests
- Draft reports regarding efficacy of marketing campaigns and key learnings
- Manage marketing initiatives related to K3 North America product line
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or Equivalent Experience
- 5+ years relevant project management experience in marketing or communications for digital brands in the kids space
- Experience with creative and viral marketing campaigns and a track record of success
- Ability to work strategically and also execute, and be excited by both
- Systematic and organized way of thinking, and ability to communicate ideas and needs to leadership, and cross functionally
- Exceptional business acumen, and track record of successful prioritization of ideas and resources
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and strong relationship and communication skills
- High energy, confident and capable self-starter; can operate with limited supervision
- Team player; ability to work well with a diverse set of people and drive consensus
