Marketing Manager - Hybrid

We are nDreams, one of the world’s leading developers/publishers focused on VR games. As our team and portfolio of titles expands, we are on the search for an effective and driven Marketing Manager – a new role at the centre of our growing publishing team. The successful applicant will lead the go-to-market campaigns for all our upcoming VR games. Go-To-Market Leadership
- Lead the Go-To-Market campaigns for all nDreams titles from announcement, through to launch and beyond.
- Oversee and support the brand managers in the development of marketing campaigns for all titles. Take the lead on assigned titles as required.
- Bring together the wider publishing team to ensure the holistic marketing campaigns are effective and fully supported across all areas of the marketing mix.
- Responsibility for development and implementation of marketing activities and campaign beats, ensuring these are effective, delivered on time, and to budget.
- Direct management of marketing initiatives that bring value across all projects – e.g. paid media, first party marketing, events etc.
- Create and execute the paid media strategy for all nDreams titles, working with agencies as required.
- Become the primary point of contact for first party and partner marketing teams.
- Plan and deliver industry and consumer events – E3, Gamescom, EGX etc.
- Analysis of campaign data to shape future plans.
- Manage overall marketing budget.
Marketing Management

Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience within a marketing role at a video game publisher or developer. Experience managing campaigns for GaaS titles would be desirable.
- Effective go-to-market campaign planning and execution experience – in particular around developing, running, and optimising paid media campaigns.
- Experience collaborating with individuals and teams of different backgrounds, seniorities, and viewpoints. Ability to lead diverse teams towards challenging, shared goals.
- Comfortable going between project leadership and hands-on execution.
- Evidence of applied and theoretical understanding of marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully plan and execute complex projects on time and to budget.
- Inquisitive, analytical and thrive on feedback. Willing to find and utilise learnings, other perspectives and creative problem solving to shape and iterate on plans and challenge their own thinking.
- Commercial awareness, knowledge and passion for video games and the video game industry.

Salary is competitive and dependent on your experience.
