Marketing Manager, Americas - NBA 2K and Sports

Our Marketing teams are comprised of experienced and hardworking professionals who work together and across the company to build memorable and innovative campaigns for industry-leading titles.
What We Need
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to work alongside our Americas Marketing Team and support all integrated marketing efforts to launch and sustain NBA, PGA & WWE 2 products. The ideal candidate should be passionate about the NBA and gaming. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work on-site at our facilities in Novato, CA or remotely (currently remotely during COVID restrictions).
What You Will Do
- Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Americas + Australia, you will be responsible driving marketing execution for the Americas. You will participate in the following:
- Work with Americas Marketing Team to build integrated marketing plans that target specific audiences through outstanding consumer journeys and experiences.
- Take a lead role in the briefing process for both internal and external creative needs
- Responsible for trafficking creative assets from internal teams to external agency, partners and teams.
- Contribute to development of retail marketing plan in collaboration with channel marketing team.
- Liaise between media, channel and creative teams to build brand assets for paid media & retail campaigns within required timelines
- Contribute to event briefs, and lead event teams to ensure effective & on budget execution of brief
- Liaise with Commercial and Analytics teams to mine data and insight into consumer behaviors in each market
- Be a true specialist on our products, our consumers, our competitors, and culture
Who We Think Will Be a Great Fit
- 3-5 years of experience marketing experience working for a consumer brand, on the brand, media and/or agency side
- Experience executing paid media campaigns
- Experience executing retail marketing campaigns
- Agency experience a plus
- Highly creative and organized, detail-oriented and deadline driven
- Excellent multi-tasking and self-management skills – are able to take direction and constructive feedback
- Above average knowledge of NBA, PGA & WWE players and products
- Knowledge of video game industry
- Self-starter, able to take ownership over tasks and carry them throughout to the end
