The mobile gaming industry is competitive and certain roles require a great deal of technical expertise. Playtika is recruiting for a limited number of roles requiring unique skills and experience.
As a Marketing Growth Director you will be leading a team of experienced professionals whose purpose is to bring innovation to the marketing department and lay the foundations of growth. You will be responsible to explore new opportunities, identify blind spots and lead innovative solutions in several key domains as well as building the work process with each interface:
- Performance Marketing
- Creative Performance
- Product & Automation
- BA
You will be accountable for leading the marketing unit into the future, understand the marketing ecosystem and analyze it and illuminate on the main focuses of the coming years.
Responsibilities
- Strategy: build and communicate a comprehensive growth marketing plan to help the business achieve its goals
- Management: lead, develop and inspire a team of growth marketers
- Research: Analyze our current acquisition and retention strategies, research competitors, and talk to the different marketers to help inform your strategy
- Innovate: Identify and prioritize new opportunities and challenges and work closely with the product and different business teams to guide the conceptualization of the innovative solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Work with a variety of stakeholders across performance, strategy, creative, BA and SA to make sure plans and projects are communicated accordingly
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the performance marketing world from all possible angles. Familiar with the latest business trends, including the ability to offer out-of-the-box solutions in a dynamic business environment
- Tech-oriented individual who can relate to the advantages product and automation brings to the table. Has the skills to represent marketing unit needs and translate them for the product team through close collaboration
- Project management capabilities: Someone who can work well with various interfaces and lead cross-departmental projects, while keeping business needs as main target
- At least 1 year of managerial experience
