Working Location
Every DREST team member has a defined work style which is determined based on the nature of their role and the team they are a part of. This is a hybrid role based in the UK, combining in-office with remote work.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a marketing enthusiast to support the Marketing and Community Manager in building the DREST community including; growth, engagement and retention plans, product roadmap, communication strategies, daily management of customer support agencies and user platforms and sharing user insights to the business to inform decisions.
What you will do..
- Support Marketing & Community Manager in managing setup, testing, deployment and reporting of cross-channel marketing campaigns and ongoing messaging user journeys including email, push notifications, in-app messages and inbox messages (content cards) to deliver against key retention and monetisation objectives.
- Working closely with Marketing & Community Manager to coordinate and support the ongoing audience research program alongside UX, Data Science and Business Intelligence teams.
- Assist Marketing & Community Manager in managing and training customer support agents, ensuring that all comments are heard and responded to across all our channels (social, app stores, in-app, email, forums) and relevant user insights are collected and shared with relevant stakeholders.
- Support Marketing & Community Manager in building a DREST ‘user’ ambassador programme that strengthens our community, creates strong brand advocacy and champions the best of DREST.
- Assist in ongoing maintenance of DREST.com website, working with Product, Design & Editorial alongside Marketing & Community Manager to make sure the website is up to date.
- Support Marketing & Community Manager with ad hoc tasks, including reporting, competitor research, cross-departmental communication and community trend research.
What you will bring..
- Marketing Graduate and/or experience within a marketing department
- Excellent written English and verbal communication skills
- Passionate about building a career within the mobile gaming and luxury fashion industry. Particularly interested in applications
- An avid user of mobile games and enjoys keeping up with the latest games
- Comfortable using campaign management software, customer support systems and Google Analytics
- Thrives working in a fast-paced environment in a growing company with constant change
- Natural interest in marketing trends and keeping up with luxury fashion and mobile game news
- Have strong attention to detail
- Analytical and data-driven. Result oriented
- Creative and innovative. Enthusiastic and energetic with a can-do attitude
