As the Marketing Director, you will lead the development and implementation of marketing initiatives in the Asia region, with a focus on key markets such as Singapore, Macau, and the Philippines.
Your primary objectives include driving value and expansion for Aristocrat Gaming in this strategic region. The role involves two main aspects: executing thoughtful B2B marketing strategies and tactics and overseeing the implementation and strategy of player marketing. Collaboration with the larger regional team, including the managing director, commercial strategy/product, and sales, is crucial for success in this role.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Developing annual regional marketing and content strategy, overseeing execution, and allocating budgets
- Managing end-to-end execution of key campaigns and product launches across the region
- Setting strategic priorities for initiatives, planning/managing budgets, and investments
- Planning and executing customer events and tradeshows in the region (G2E Asia, MGS, etc.)
- Managing the local marketing team
- Collaborating with commercial team leaders to support product vision, roadmap, and key launches
- Supporting key customer relationships and extending marketing support to them
- Collaborating with external agencies, overseeing scoped work, and managing agency execution
- Identifying opportunities and growth within the market for future executions
- Utilizing contextual data/insights to fuel marketing efforts
- Implementing Responsible Gaming, Legal, and Compliance in all initiatives.
What we're looking for
- Extensive experience in professional marketing. Gaming experience, international marketing and strong market knowledge is preferred
- A proven track record of supporting the execution of innovative marketing strategies, from conception to production
- Experience in implementing marketing technology, utilizing business analytics, key performance indicators, and dashboards
- Demonstrated effectiveness in working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, building relationships with team members and senior leadership
- A strong blend of strategic thinking and practical marketing skills, with significant experience in integrated, multichannel campaigns.
- Competency in identifying business opportunities, markets, and innovation needs, showcasing your ability to drive positive outcomes.
- Highly preferable to be proficient in both Cantonese and English
