Marketing Artist (Contract)

As a Marketing Artist at CIG, you will be a key member of the Marketing Team, collaborating with other departments to showcase game content to the community and media. Your primary focus will be to create engaging, story-driven visuals using the game engine for marketing purposes.

We are looking for a candidate with a sharp eye for detail, a creative and proactive approach, and a working knowledge of 3D software such as Maya or 3DSMax. Proficiency in Photoshop and the Adobe Creative Suite is also essential. In this temporary contract position (18 weeks), you will have the chance to use your artistic talent and imagination to bring our game to life and make a significant contribution to our marketing efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make a mark and develop their skills in the industry.

What does a Marketing Artist at CIG do?

• Work within the Marketing Team and alongside other departments to present game content effectively to the community and wider media.
• Focused on a specific brief. Create, and capture dynamic imagery utilising the game engine for use in all forms of marketing (both digital and printed).
• Use their imagination to bring to life narrative-driven imagery with purpose and flair using our own Game-Engine

What do we expect from our Marketing Artist?

• A keen eye for detail.
• A creative and proactive (self-motivated) approach to achieving excellence.
• A mid-level understanding of 3D packages like Maya or 3DSMax and the ambition to apply existing abilities to the game-engine.
• An excellent knowledge of Photoshop and the Adobe creative suite.
• Ability to interact, communicate, react to feedback and present ideas clearly.
