As a Marketing Art Traffic Manager, you will be responsible for the scheduling, communication, and coordination of the tasks that are assigned to the Marketing Teams. You will help manage product owner expectations on the delivery of design and artwork jobs, always ensuring assets are delivered on time and meeting the project requirements within the resources that are available. You will work closely with Art Directors and artists to ensure efficient resource management and is responsible for various handoffs of assets to respective teams.

What does a Marketing Art Traffic Manager at CIG do?
- Works in close contact with Marketing teams in other sites relevant to the client to ensure effective resource management, timely asset delivery and own the weekly traffic report.
- Constantly seeks updates, you will remain informed enough to be able to give a project status update at the drop of a hat.
- Constantly searches for better ways of working and piloting new systems or processes, implement positive change helping to effectively manage resources and projects easily, whilst up-skilling all users to enable more automation and reduce manual tasks where possible.
- Processes new briefs from product owners, raise job numbers and ensures the correct creative contact is informed.
- Maintains a job board for every creative resource to improve transparency of how work is progressing through the workflow.
What do we expect from a Marketing Art Traffic Manager?
- Experience working in creative agencies or creative pipelines as a project manager or producer.
- Exceptionally organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented, able to stay one step ahead of the game.
- You are a multitasker, who can work with Producers on logistic heavy projects whilst still prioritising the rest of the day-to-day business needs in the Art and Cinematic teams.
- Proactive & ‘can-do’ attitude who takes initiative to contribute effectively to the team
- Strong communication skills to help facilitate the constant flow of accurate information with relevant teams and stakeholders.
