Marketing Analytics Co-op

EA’s Marketing Analytics team is looking for an intern with a thirst for data, curiosity that drives them to uncover the hidden details, the ability to turn numbers into knowledge, and the skill to translate that knowledge into actionable insights for the business.

You will work with others on the team and our marketing partners to analyze diverse sets of data, create reporting structures, and build statistical models that provide insights on marketing performance and recommendations on growth opportunities for EA.

**In order to be eligible students must be available full time from September to December, your graduation date must be on or after December 2022.**

What you will do:

• Support analysts in understanding requirements of business partners, collecting and organizing data, applying appropriate statistical methods, deliver insights in a consumable way.
• Produce interactive dashboards and automated reporting to inform the business on a self-serve basis.
• Deep-dive into analytical research on a specific topic area of current importance to the business in understanding how to apply data to marketing decisions.
• Use your enthusiasm for learning and continuous improvement to identify untapped opportunities and help us improve our analytics processes, practices, and ability to influence the business.

Your Profile:

• Curious and creative, you are driven to explore data to clarify understanding, uncover patterns and relationships in data, and find the next big opportunities.
• You view challenges as opportunities and enjoy solving problems and removing obstacles.
• You have the passion and enthusiasm to make a difference and promote meaningful change through use of data.

Background and Technical skills:

• Background in Quantitative Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics.
• Experience with R or other statistical software.
• Strong SQL skills a plus.
• Data visualization skills, and familiarity with data visualization software such as Looker, R Shiny, Power BI, Data Studio a plus.
• Experience with digital marketing and marketing channels a plus (social media analytics, online video analytics, online ad platforms, email, web analytics).
