What does a Technical Art Manager do?
As a Technical Art Manager, you will report to Frostbite's Creative Director, as a part of the Frostbite example content team. As a member of this team, you will manage a team of technical artists and designers who provide support and content solutions to Frostbite users. You will also manage and collaborate on a variety of initiatives to further the quality of Frostbite's user experience.

You Will
- Manage and hire a senior team of technical artists and designers
- Partner with the content leadership team to help provide demo content, workflow improvements and training material
- Manage teams delivery against workflow improvements
- Manage Studio partners technical art support needs
- Help guide special projects and align team members to product teams direction
- Collaborate with a diverse range of EA peers and direct team members in multiple time zones
You Will Need
- 5 + years experience in game development as a technical artist, content creator or producer
- Management experience working with multiple individuals in a diverse range of technical art & design skills
- Production or project management experience
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar task management and documentation tools
