Manager, Network Gaming OperationsSummary
This position is responsible for managing Multi-Site Progressive (MSP) systems support, and Level 1 operators for all Multi-Site Progressive systems operations and Network Gaming services. MSP operates in a secured facility 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and must receive constant monitoring and maintenance due to the critical nature of the gaming activities.What You'll Do
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage MSP Department which is responsible for monitoring and maintaining Wide Area Progressive System
- Manages the technical process, integration, configuration and upgrade of the MSP gaming infrastructure at ATI Primary, ATI Secondary and customer remote locations. (Includes managing third-party vendors)
- Selects, trains, directs, evaluates and disciplines the Network System Engineers and MSP Supervisors. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organization’s policies and applicable laws.
- Directs the work of System Engineers and MSP Supervisors and assigns resources to projects and issues as needed. Resources include Network Engineers, MSP Support Staff and MSP Supervisors
- Assigns Network System Engineers to gaming labs, test casino, QE, R&D and gaming regulators when necessary to insure the proper operation of MSP software and related hardware products
- Describes technical issues in written and verbal form for R&D, Service Personnel and customers
- Plan and design disaster recovery procedures for the MSP infrastructure. Responsible for maintaining a fault free 24/7 operation
- Manages escalation technical process to both Field Services and R&D
- Manages MSP infrastructure of Software/hardware maintenance and telco line costs
- Manages the design and development of MSP communication infrastructure
- Manages system maintenance and system administration to comply with standard and compliance practices
- Ensures that MSP gaming processes and internal controls adhere to all jurisdictional requirements
- Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or related field
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA}
- Cisco Certified Network Professional
- Minimum of three years' experience in a related technical service and support role and Casino Operations.
- Minimum of three years' experience with database platforms (i.e. MySQL, Oracle, DB2, MsSQL)
- SQL, TSQL
- TCP/IP, WAN and LAN topology using Cisco architecture
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work independently with little or no direction
- Must be able to act as team leader and redirect workflow appropriately
