Location: Office based (Soho, London) & hybrid work from home
Your Mission
Activision, Blizzard, and King’s Global Early Careers program was established to engage, educate, hire, and develop a hard-working and diverse pipeline of students to become the future of our company.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders, HRBPs, and hiring managers to assess and identify emerging talent needs within our EMEA and APAC business teams.
- Lead the EMEA/APAC regional early careers team in the strategy, planning, and execution of early careers recruiting and programs to achieve our annual team goals.
- Drive the conversion of successful interns to full-time hires to contribute to hiring needs of the company's overall talent pipeline.
- Complete a limited amount of recruiting and programming, as needed.
- Make sound cases supported by data and evidence to improve and evolve our programs.
- Partner effectively with talent acquisition peers and cross-functional partners (sourcing, compensation, HR, systems and operations teams, etc.)
- Lead a regional team of recruiters and associates, focusing on support, growth, and development.
- Be a trusted advisor for the businesses you support by understanding their emerging talent recruitment needs.
- Responsible for the data collection, analysis, and reporting on program progress, needs, and wins.
- Work across the team to ensure consistent global program content and delivery.
- Partner with the DE&I and Employee Network Groups on regional initiatives.
- Act as a leader and ambassador of our team’s vision and goals.
Player Profile
- 8+ years of previous experience in corporate university relations or campus recruiting in Europe
- Experience leading and developing team
- Strong program management, presentation, and organizational skills
- Strong collaborator; this position will involve substantial coordination and collaboration with many different departments, teammates, and partners at multiple levels
- Excellent communication; clear, concise verbal and written skills which result in effective communication with all levels of employees.
- Results oriented, with bias to action
- Applies data to drive recommendations and decisions
- Event planning; experience coordinating events from 30 to 500 attendees
- Uses technology for efficiency
- Ethical, fair, exhibits sound thought-process and good judgment
- Encourages People, Culture, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion agendas
- Able to work autonomously and with discretion
- Able to lead and communicate effectively through ambiguity, shifting between priorities and projects seamlessly
- Proficient in business-level English reading, writing, speaking; European languages are a plus
