Manager, Commercial - EA Play Subscription

As the Commercial Manager for EA Play, your focus will be ensuring that players have the best possible commercial experience as they evaluate, purchase, onboard and leave the service. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional execution of our strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Represent our Subscription live service and strategies in recurring meeting with internal partners to establish go-to-market plans and roadmaps
• Work cross-functionally with account managers to optimize the EA Play commercial experience on each digital platform (PlayStation, Xbox, PC), from purchase to cancellation
• Partner internally to drive process and unlock best-in-class experiences for partner teams
• Provide team and leadership visibility into project progress through regular, transparent status and results reporting

Requirements:

• You love the challenge of solving complex problems in creative ways
• You have a passion for learning and making things better
• You demonstrate sound judgment and informed decision making
• You have a background in e-commerce, digital marketing, retail, or project management
• You have demonstrated experience working with diverse, global teams
• Highly collaborative
• Experience with Air Table a plus
