2022 is a huge year for us… We're looking for a Recruiting Manager to join our Business Recruiting team. Reporting to our Head of Business Recruiting, you will play an integral part in the management and development of key pieces of our Business Recruiting team! You Will:

You will manage, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters through the entire recruiting life cycle while also working closely with our leaders to drive world-class recruiting
Understand how business goals impact the full hiring landscape and anticipate how organizational changes may impact hiring needs
Develop strong relationships with your team and hiring managers to understand their needs and help them meet their hiring goals
You should be comfortable leading, providing feedback, optimizing recruiting processes, and driving stakeholder relationships forward to help us achieve our hiring goals
Hold a small req load as needed

You Have:

At least 2 years of management experience. You've done this during a time of high-growth or company transformation is a bonus
6+ years of recruiting experience in a high-growth environment
You have experience sourcing and closing Director-level positions and above
An excitement and track record when it comes to developing recruiters; providing coaching and guidance in their career development
Experience in partnering, guiding, and driving change with senior-level management
You believe that a commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is an integral part of the recruitment process

New York City residents only: Minimum salary of $145,000/year + equity and benefits*Note: Disclosure as required by NYC Pay Transparency Law

Colorado residents only: Minimum salary of $116,000/year + equity and benefits*Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085(8-5-20).
