Summary
The Pokémon Company International is seeking a dynamic professional to lead our data analytics team focusing in the areas of consumer products and marketing. The Manager of Business Intelligence is responsible for analytics across all consumer product lines and marketing functions including the identification of business opportunities and partnership with our business leaders. This position will partner with the leadership team to influence data strategy, roadmap planning, cross-business collaboration, and thoughtful analytics.
What You Will Do
- Lead & develop team of data analysts
- Act as a business partner working with key stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of TPCi’s business drivers to improve business performance
- Partner with development and other teams on roadmap and project prioritization
- Determine the data needed to answer key questions and deliver analysis to a variety of stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Present recommendations in a clear, easy to understand format for technical and non-technical audiences alike, while documenting the analytical process.
- Work with teams from across company to obtain, connect, & improve data across products and platforms
- Develop ongoing channels and methods to educate company on analytics and research findings
- Follow best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or related fields. MBA a plus.
- 7+ years previous experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related fields
- 3+ years previous management experience
- Strong track record of business partnership
- Advanced reporting and analysis skills
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, BI software, development, and tools
- Previous experience working with consumer products and marketing analytics a plus
- Ability to safeguard confidential and sensitive information
- International experience is preferred.

We offer a professional, fun and creative work environment. While we maintain a good balance between work and life, additional hours may be required at peak times or for specific initiatives. Travel between office locations internationally will be required on occasion.
