- Job Title: Manager, Brand Services
- Job Summary: Directs the development of company brand requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s), including adherence to brand, product quality, and character integrity. Monitors the development of business plans, assesses market penetration, and product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenue and market share. Oversees the development of products from concept to commercialization. Directs those involved in the design, modification and evaluation of all phases of a specific product or group of products. Reviews market research, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs. Establishes brand guidelines and develops brand tools for successful product introductions. Communicates customer feedback to engineering, manufacturing and sales to enhance existing product(s) or product line(s). Leads new product definition and business plans with joint departments. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

What you’ll do
- Manage, train, and guide employees on the Brand Services team.
- Provide direction and prioritization to team members ensuring all resources are being optimally utilized and allocated.
- Perform supervisory functions: hiring, onboarding, coaching, development, performance.
- Accountable for management of key internal projects, all licensees within assigned portfolio for both you and team, which includes resolving issues, reviewing/approving submissions and guiding/educating internal and external stakeholders on brand.
- Work closely with internal partners to develop, manage and effectively prioritize project and production timelines to get product to market. Identify barriers to success and provide recommendations. Communicate and escalate issues as necessary.
- Manage complex and highly visible projects.
- Identify and implement strategies that will enhance internal processes, increase efficiency on team, and improve communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain, and update tools and training documents that can be used to train team members, and educate internal and external stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
- Bilingual in English and business professional Spanish proficiency required.
- Three (3) to four (4) years of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.
- Previous experience leading or managing a team preferred.
- Knowledge/understanding of product development functions, process, and formats preferred.
- Excellent judgment, critical thinking and decision-making capabilities.
- Self-starter, with strong organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple competing priorities, while delivering on high quality results and follow-through.
- Must be solution-oriented and results driven.
- Eager learner who is not afraid to ask questions.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Project Management experience is a plus.
- Interest in animation, video games, and/or trading card games is a plus.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 5% of time.

- Base salary range: For this role, new hires generally start between $121,000.00 - 143,450.00. Full Range: $121,000.00 - $181,000.00. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
