M&A Game Economy Manager

Moon Active is one of the world’s fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment to millions of active users across the universe. The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv.

We’re looking for a curious, ambitious and self-motivated M&A Game Economy Manager to join our M&A Department. As an M&A Game Economy Manager, you'll help games find success by advising on product plans and business roadmaps, focusing on tried and true data analyses, game features, economy designs and user experiences, and utilizing best-in-class work procedures and in-house tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Get fully familiar with our games, to the point where you can advise and help navigate both high-level roadmaps and specific feature configurations
• Analyze and design reports and dashboards answering business questions for understanding the inner mechanics, business viability and potential growth of games
• Build models and configure economic and monetization features to create the desired player experiences and drive business objectives
• Design and execute tests based on the above, and analyze their results, providing insights to stakeholders
• Share MoonActive's work processes, knowledge and tools with newly acquired studios, and help them connect with their MoonActive counterparts

Requirements

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Strong statistical reasoning
• Previous extensive job experience in a relevant position of Game Economy, Product, Monetization or Analysis
• Can easily and comfortably communicate in English (both written and spoken) as well as Hebrew
• Experience with economic model building and usage.
• Experience with Business Analysis systems (e.g Tableau).
• Flexible and a creative problem solver.
• Strong knowledge of video games in general and their inner economic systems in particular - Advantage.
