Localization Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are currently in the process of expanding our pool of Localization Talent Acquisition Specialists and are looking for professional, experienced candidates to become members of our growing global team.

The Localization Talent Acquisition Specialist's primary focus will be sourcing new freelance translators to join our existing talented pool, with special focus on Asian language combinations.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate recruitment channels to source the most suitable translators for gaming localization projects in the Asia region
• Promote communication initiatives to attract new talents (social media, job fairs, university/school relationship)
• Screen and evaluate candidate CVs, collect expertise background, manage entry tests, negotiate rates and profile new talents
• Run market analysis and provide informed recommendations
• Liaise with Production, project resourcing and quality evaluation teams in order to anticipate needs, mitigate risks, manage emergencies

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in talent acquisition within the translation industry
• Previous experience in localization projects or linguist management a plus
• Fluent communication, written and spoken, in both English and Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking applicants
• Excellent communication skills in a multicultural environment
• Deep understanding of the videogames industry
